Use this recipe to make scrambled eggs with very little effort. Serve them for breakfast or a light meal which is healthy, with very little added fat.
Makes 1 serve
- 2 large eggs (50g)
- 2 tablespoons of low fat milk
- Cooking spray
- Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl;
- Heat a non-stick fry pan over a medium heat;
- Spray the fry pan lightly with cooking spray;
- Add the eggs and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally;
- Serve immediately;
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
