Neo-Recormon is a drug used for the treatment of symptomatic anaemia in patients with solid and lymphoid cancers receiving any form of chemotherapy and anaemia associated with chronic renal failure in patients on dialysis. It’s purpose is to increase the yield of autologous blood collection from patients in a pre-donation programme and to prevent anaemia in premature infants with birth weight between 750g to 1500g and with gestational age of less than 34 weeks.
