Postdrome is the final phase of migraine and may also be referred to as the recovery phase. The majority of individuals who have migraines experience this phase which typically lasts for 25 hours. Tiredness is the most common symptom of postdrome; however, a considerable proportion of individuals also experience head pain, cognitive impairments, gastrointestinal disturbances and other symptoms in the postdrome.
