Mastoplexy, commonly referred to as a breast lift, is a cosmetic surgery procedure which breasts are made to appear more taut. It involves a surgeon making a number of incisions around the areola to reposition it and remove excessive skin which can cause the breast to sag. A breast lift may be conducted in combination with breast augmentation.
